Question by tom: I want to start a poker club at my high school?
Obviously they are going to try and say it’s gambling and thats not allowed at school, but anyone who knows poker knows that we wont be playing ring games, it would be tournament style play, and the winner gets no prize. Only bragging rights lol, a lot of my buddies say they’ll join once i make it (if), so what can i say to convince the school to let me make this club?

1/3/08 : yesterday i attended my first saturday night poker club and i can confirm that i am pretty rubbish at poker. i was more interested in my sandwich most of the time though. i’d had another migraine and was not exactly on top form. i still had a whole heap of fun though and intend to partake of poker club regularly from now on.
