He’s so good to me all the time– he took care of me when i was incredibly sick, he helped me get an apt. and job…
I want to do something really special for him, but i need some ideas to get me started. any guys out there who know what they’d want?(besides sex, guys) or girls who know what’s worked for them?
(just for your info, he plays guitar in a band, plays poker almost addictively, and plays MTG… i hope that helps someone come up with ideas, cuz im blank!!)

Question by Lindsey: Casino style birthday party?
My husband just lost his job and his birthday is in two weeks, so of course he is uber-excited about his birthday coming up. I’m trying to still give him a good birthday on a very limited budget. He wanted to go to a Casino, so I was thinking of turning the apt into one, with our poker set, but what else? Food, decor, game ideas?

Question by Wierdo: Are there walk away tournaments in Texas Hold ‘Em poker?
I am about to graduate from college and I’m 17. I should start working in no later than 2 months. I am thinking about learning to play poker in the meantime (until im 21 and can play in tournaments). I was wondering if there were any budgeting ideas (i.e. getting my first apt, car, insurance, student loans, ect) Thus i want to play poker (eventually) and get some extra cash. I dont think I could win more than I put in unless I could walk away from the table at any time. Are there any and what are the names of them?? ** Don’t forget budgeting ideas if you have them!! So i was volunteered to host a poker party in my small apt. but theres gonna be atleast 20 people here & i need some ideas about appatizers or something to make to feed everyone but cheap, i know chips & dip, tortilla rollups, pigs n a blanket, maybe crackers and some spiniach dip but i feel like i need something more substantial and filling? Any ideas?

Nothing like that, internet poker in USA is legal, the only problem is banks sometimes dont let deposits to gamblign sites, so you might need alternative method, here is a nice list of the best USA friendly poker sites
